CROSSLinC’s Latest Study Series: “Sharing the Faith”

For the past months, CROSSLinC has been going through a number of different series. Its most recent series is entitled “Sharing The Faith”, a book study based on 1 Thessalonians.

So why 1 Thessalonians? The book was written for times like ours. It was written by the apostle Paul, providing encouraging words to the struggling Christians of the first century Church. The book was also written to the church of Thessalonica to correct some misunderstandings and commend them for their growth in Christ.

Contemporary Christians have much to learn from the lives and times of the early believers of Paul’s time. The book of 1 Thessalonians provides practical ways for us Christians to live holy lives in a modern culture hostile to Christian values. In the book, we can actually find boundaries for living in an immoral culture and relationship guidelines much needed in the world today.

The first Sunday of studying the series had Reah Padla sharing “HOW TO RECOGNIZE TRUE CONVERSION”. Dr. Antonette Cadimas followed up the teaching the next Sunday with a lesson on “HOW TO SHARE THE GOSPEL”. Hanilette Castillo taught the first part of “WHAT TO EXPECT WHEN YOU SHARE THE GOSPEL”. The second part, which is the last lesson, was taught by Jay Mendoza last Sunday, Nov. 2nd.

If you’re a highschool or college student, join CROSSLinC every Sunday, 2:30 pm at the APTS Room.
