Men’s Fellowship
The Men’s Ministry, headed by Bro. Jeff Castillo, meets every Sunday afternoon in the Toddlers’ Room after the morning services for their “D-Group” (”D” for “discussion”). The men come together to further study biblical truths and discover more about God from His Word.
Each member gets his turn to facilitate the discussion as they share with each other the impact of the Word upon their life. This serves as their preparation to eventually lead cell groups on their own. They just finished Part I of the Discovery Series, their current study material, last April. They have already started on Part II last June.
The men of ICS also conduct regular visitations among their members. During their visits, they share the Word of God and pray for the household of the member they are ministering to. During the first quarter of 2007, they visited three of their members: Justine Clavecilla, Peping Vicencio, and Willy Lee.
Under the leadership of ICS’ Senior Pastor, Rev. Jerry Balbuena, the Men’s Ministry took an active part in the coordination and execution of the initial project of the Ministry Development Program, a one-day medical mission outreach held at the Nagpayong High School in Sitio Nagpayong, Pasig City last June 30, 2007. It was truly a God-glorifying success! The Men’s Ministry is planning on starting a monthly celebration fellowship to which they intend to invite all the men of ICS to join. They are also available to conduct visitations for ICS members who wish to be ministered to in their respective homes. Those interested to join may contact Bro. Jeff Castillo at 09198669852.
